REFUND POLICY
The general terms and conditions govern the business relationship between the provider and the customer. The customer is bound by the general terms and conditions of business, which are valid at the time of placing the online order. We advise you to carefully read the terms and conditions below before using our online store. The provider reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions of business. Any changes to the general terms and conditions of business will be published on the website and will take effect from the moment of publication.

2. ACCESS TO INFORMATION
The provider undertakes to always provide the customer with the following information:
- Company identity (company name and registered office, registration number, tax number).
- Contact information: an email that allows the user to communicate quickly and efficiently.
- Essential characteristics of the goods (including sales services and guarantees) and the validity period of this information
- Availability of products (every item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time).
- Terms of product delivery or service performance (and method, place, and approximate delivery date).
- All prices, which must be clearly and unequivocally determined and must be clearly displayed, whether they already include taxes and transport costs, and other duties, as well as the validity period of this information.
- The method of payment, delivery or fulfillment, and the validity period of this information.
- Time validity of the offer.
- The term within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal (description of the right to withdraw in accordance with 43.č ZVPot; in cases where the consumer does not have the right to withdraw in accordance with article 43.č ZVPot, he is expressly informed of this)
- An explanation of the complaint procedure, including all information about the contact person or customer service department.
3. ORDERING AND DELIVERY
Ordering takes place online 24 hours a day, every day of the year. The consumer selects and orders the products available in online stores, classified into categories (Practical, Premium and Extra). Ordering in the online store is safe and easy. You complete your purchase by selecting the product or products and adding them to your cart, viewing your shopping cart, entering your account and shipping information, and confirming your order. After submitting the order, the buyer receives a notification by email that the order has been accepted. Lists the products and quantities of the customer’s choice and their prices. After receiving the order, we deliver the selected goods to your address as soon as possible. The delivery time is from 2 to 5 working days; there is no delivery on weekends and holidays. With an increased volume of work, delivery can take from 2 to 15 working days. The buyer must notify the provider of a possible change or cancellation of the order to the e-mail address info@futureoffurniture.com, where he must also indicate the purchase number, which is indicated in the e-mail about the purchase.

4. PAYMENT METHODS
The following payment methods are available in the online store:
- Cash on delivery (surcharge of €1.55 regardless of the amount of the order)
- Payment with PayPal or payment with credit cards through the Stripe online system, which enables secure payment with payment cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and others).
- By advance invoice: The user can also make a purchase via e-mail info@futureoffurniture.com. After the order, the data for the transfer, which the buyer can make at the post office, bank, online bank, etc., is sent to his e-mail. After payment of the pre-invoice, the product and the invoice are sent to the customer.
5. INVOICE ISSUANCE
Future of Furniture sends an invoice with the package upon delivery. The price and all costs related to the purchase are detailed on the invoice. The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. We do not take into account objections made later regarding the correctness of the issued invoices.
6. PRICES AND PRICE ERRORS
All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise in the online store. Discounted prices are reduced regular prices at which the featured product is sold for a fixed or indefinite period of time. All prices in the online store are product prices and do not include delivery costs. The prices are valid in the case of payment with the above-mentioned payment methods, under the above-mentioned conditions. Discounts and coupons are generally not cumulative, unless otherwise stated.
The company will make every effort to ensure the correctness of prices in the online store, but errors may still occur. If the company discovers an error related to the price of a product that the customer has already ordered, it will be notified of the error as soon as possible. In these cases, the buyer will be able to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel the order. If the customer cannot be contacted within a reasonable time using the contact information provided during the ordering process, the company will consider the order canceled and will notify the customer by email.
If the customer decides to cancel the order after being informed of the correct prices of the products, but before that moment he has already paid the price of the ordered products, the company will offer a full refund as soon as possible, but not more than 14 days.
7. CANCEL ORDER
The user can cancel the placed order without additional costs until receiving an email about the shipment of the goods. Order cancellations can only be done at info@futureoffurniture.com. Upon cancellation, the user must provide the following information:
- order number,
- first and last name of the buyer, and
- buyer’s address
8. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT – RETURN OF GOODS
According to Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 98/04), the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days of receiving the goods* at their address in the case of contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises (email: info@futureoffurniture.com) to withdraw from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. In this case, only the direct costs of returning the goods are charged to the consumer.
If it is a mistake by the company in packaging or a damaged product, the shipping cost of returning the goods is covered by the company.
After receiving the goods, the company returns all payments made to the consumer in accordance with the law. Payments made will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods.
*Our company does not assume the risk of delays in refunds that may occur due to the bank or the online application for bank transfers.
9. COMMUNICATION WITH USERS
Communication with users takes place via the website and via electronic messages, i.e., via means of remote communication and, in exceptional cases, also by telephone. Communication with users also takes place via social networks, on which the futureoffurniture.com profile is registered. The user finds out about a certain offer on the website www.futureoffurniture.com or through advertising messages in printed, electronic, or online media. The offer on the website will be compiled in such a way that it is clear from its message that it is an offer of goods or services with certain discounts, promotions, or benefits and the conditions under which it will be possible to obtain a certain offer.
10. LIABILITY FOR MATERIAL ERRORS
The provider is obliged to deliver the goods to the buyer in accordance with the contract and is liable for material errors in its performance. An actual defect is when the article does not have the properties that enable its normal use, when the article does not have the properties that are necessary for the special use for which the buyer buys it and should have been known to the seller, when the article does not have the properties and features that were explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed, when an article that does not match the sample is handed over to the buyer, the only exception is the models shown for notifications. The buyer must notify the provider at his own expense of any material defect, along with a precise description and photos of it, within the statutory deadline. The buyer must allow the seller to inspect the item.
11. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
We will try to resolve any ambiguity, comment or complaint as soon as possible, while respecting the law (Consumer Protection Act) and doing our best to reach an agreement. Comments and complaints are received by the administrative department and processed by the legal department. The following contacts are available to users:

The review process is confidential. If an agreement is not possible, the District Court in Ljubljana is responsible for disputes.
Complaints regarding the quality or performance of the offer itself are resolved between the customer and the Future of Furniture online store.
